Player started shouting in the microphone that he was going to kill all niggers, I told him he would be reported if he continued and he went on to write that he is an admin and he can't be banned. That is disrespectful against the ligs community, and against the rules. User then went on to threaten other players if they did not do what he wanted, i.e. give them their sniper rifles.
