John Wick (2014)
It seems that lately big budget Hollywood movies are increasingly depicting "tactical" or "tacticool" firearm handling skills. Same goes for computer technologies, although there is still a long way to go (CSI Cyber is probably not helping).

Firearm Realism

John Wick (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2911666/)
Taken 3 (shitty movie, but for an example of realism - notice the trigger discipline when Liam is carjacking a passerby) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2446042/)

Information Technology Realism

Horrible Bosses 2 (mention of NSA, BitCoins, jailbreaking) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2170439/)
House of Cards S02 (hit-and-miss, some episodes are excellent such as the one explaining TOR, others are laughable) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1856010/)
